1) What is dALibrary?
dALibrary ['DeviantArt Library'] is a hub for educational artwork and DeviantArt resources. A full list of all our resource folders can be found on our front page. Please click on a folder to see an index of all the resources it contains, as well as some helpful FAQs [where applicable].
Our Disclaimer can be found here.
2) What is the story behind the group?
The group was created in December 2013 by :devzydaria:. She says:
I created dALibrary to collect my favorite articles on dA because I love reading so much and I'm passionate about good books and magazines in where I can find inspiration to do better in life and to inspire others. I basically read articles and books everyday, it lifts my spirit. And I thought that it would be cool to share these articles with everybody too, so they can get inspired to do better in life too. Like this quote says: If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else. It's so cool to know that people visit this group and read good articles to help themselves. It's cool to see these people getting inspired. If I share what I love, this passion becomes immortal.
I'm just a maniac for motivational and inspiring articles lol. I even have a box full of saved pages from the magazines I read.
In July 2015, Farand and pulbern took over the group.
3) Who are the group's admins, and what are their roles?
The 'Librarian' [co-founder] is pulbern. They manage the day-to-day running of the group in addition to doing everything that the 'Secretaries' [contributors] do.
The 'Secretaries' are brennennn, DeniseCroy, DiseasedDoll, GeorgeXVII, Hignoria, PuzzledHeartBox, Triska, WiP-slinger, and xclaux. They find resources to submit to our Gallery, and make sure that the Gallery folders are well organised and up-to-date. They also moderate our chat room [please see under Miscellaneous, question 1].
4) Who can submit resources to the group?
Anyone at all can submit up to 10 items per day. You do not have to be a member of this group to submit. We politely request that you read our Submission Guidelines before submitting.
5) How do I stay updated about changes to the group?
The best way to do this is to join our group, or watch us.
6) How do I give feedback about the group?
You can comment on our Feedback Blog, or send us a note, with any feedback, suggestions for improvement, or questions you might have.

Alternatively, you can click on the appropriate folder link on the group's front page, and then on the '+Submit to this Folder' button in the top right corner. This screenshot will show you where the button is. Click on the thumbnail[s] of the deviation[s] you wish to submit, then click on the 'Submit' button.
3) Why was my submission declined?
Your submission was declined because it didn't meet our Submission Guidelines.
